Questions
How do I pay?
Billing has not started: MyRentFolio is free during the beta. When it starts, you pay by a monthly debit from your bank account. We do not take cards.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first 30 days are free, and the first debit comes when the trial ends.
Do my tenants pay anything?
No. The tenant portal is free for tenants. When online rent arrives, the full rent lands in your account. No percentage comes out of it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in Settings > Billing. The debits stop, and MyRentFolio stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
What if a payment fails?
We try again 3 days later, up to 2 more times. After that, the plan pauses until you add a bank. Your tenants keep their portal, and your data stays.
What about the beta?
MyRentFolio is free during the beta. We email you at least 30 days before the first charge, and beta landlords keep this price.
